Always attentive to our clients' needs, we put our expertise at their service in a wide range of legal fields, in particular criminal law, juvenile criminal law, divorce and family law, as well as employment and immigration law. We also provide advice and assistance in commercial litigation (tenancy law, company law) and tax matters.
Our law firm specializes in commercial and corporate law, private international law, inheritance law, foreigners law, divorce law and criminal law, tax law, etc.
A divorce is generally an extremely delicate process for those involved. This is why the assistance of a lawyer is most of the time essential.
Maître Abderrahim Razi deals with all questions concerning the protection of the marital union, agreements regulating the effects of separation and/or divorce as well as family law.
Some divorces in Switzerland take place by mutual consent, or by agreement between the spouses.
However, the majority of divorces remain contentious. Due to their complexity, they often require the help of a lawyer.
The criminal lawyer represents a victim or perpetrator in court.
His presence is essential as he provides sound advice before, during and after the trial.
Maître Abderrahim Razi, who has extensive experience in this area, can intervene in the context of arrests (early lawyer), indictments, police courts, criminal courts, crimes, misdemeanors, fines, etc.
Special criminal law is the part of criminal law which provides for different offenses and the corresponding penalties.
If you have a dispute with your employer, an employment lawyer will be the most qualified person to defend your interests.
Maître Abderrahim Razi will be able in particular to make your employer understand that he has made himself wrong and that he has no interest in being recalcitrant given the sanctions to which he is exposed, especially if the facts that you tell him reproach constitute offenses which may, where appropriate, result in criminal sanctions.
The same applies if, as an employer, you have a problem with one of your employees.
Foreigners' law is an area of law that defines the conditions under which people who do not have Swiss nationality can be authorized to reside and work in Switzerland.
This branch of law determines in particular the criteria which any person applying for an entry visa to Switzerland must meet.
These criteria vary of course depending on the nature and duration of the planned stay, the conditions to be met to obtain a work visa being more numerous than for a simple tourist visa.
Inheritance law establishes the rules that apply at the time of the death of a person and the transmission of an inheritance to heirs.
In this capacity, Maître Abderrahim Razi plays a crucial role and helps support certain heirs who feel wronged or consider themselves legitimate to claim certain benefits received by other co-heirs.
Finally, numerous conflicts can arise following misappropriation of inheritance, abuse of weakness, inertia of the notary, or even during the payment of inheritance taxes.
Commercial law determines the rules that commercial companies must respect. When creating a company, you must choose between the different legal forms provided for by law.
They will then be required to respect the corresponding obligations provided for by commercial law. (In Switzerland, the law of obligations)
Your lawyer can help with preventive purposes, for example by drafting commercial contracts or company statutes. He can also, in the context of litigation, defend you in court, particularly if you are injured by a company which has not respected its obligations towards you.
Your lawyer supports you in any conflict involving private international law. It is a branch of private law regulating disputes exposed at the international level.
Indeed, international agreements define the status and rights of natural or legal persons when they are no longer on their national territory or when the agreements they have entered into between them call into question relationships of a contractual or tortious nature on the international level.
Maître Abderrahim Razi, lawyer in tax law, has a perfect knowledge of the rules and laws to which both the tax administration and the taxpayer must comply. He also masters the functioning of judicial and administrative institutions in Switzerland and can provide decisive assistance between the tax administration and the taxpayer, whether the latter is a Swiss resident or wishes to acquire property in our country.
The main and essential aim of a lawyer's intervention is to rebalance the relationship between his client (company or individual) and the tax services.
